Spider web pendant

I found this cool design in one of my jewelry books called Contemporary Copper Jewelry.. Step by Step Techniques and projects. It is a wonderful book and can be found at Barnes n Nobles.  It has great jewelry by great artists. I found one that I've been wanting to try for some time. It's called the Spider weave pendant by ~~ Sharilyn Miller. I used a large Turquoise Howlite bead and copper wire for my piece. I did change the weave a tiny bit. After I finished, I oxidized the pendant to a grayish blue tint. I've been having lots of fun with oxidation but, I will save that for another post. :) The other side of the pendant is captured by spirals.

  2. Hi Aldenn,
I agree with you. Many things things inspire me. My dreams, people, the universe. Most of my work emerges from from my gut(heart) not too much logic except when I'm trying to apply a technique.
Thanks for your comment and sorry, I took so long to reply.
    Blessings,
    Terry
