Masquerade Mask Necklace

This "one of a kind" piece is hand made from copper wire. It is sewn with crystals and interesting glass beads. The focal bead is a blue marble that is been netted and wire wrapped. A pretty copper plated chain complements the mask. It measures approximately 16-20 inches.

Mechanical Heart

This necklace has a lot of texture and depth. I used a variety of techniques to give the viewer lots to look at. What started out as a filigree heart made from mixed metals turned out to be a glamorous collar neck piece that takes you back in time. The heart center piece is wire wrapped with copper and oxidized stainless steel wire.  Swirls, spirals, coils and shapes were combined to give the heart a life of it's own. Shaped and hammered segments were wrapped and laced with copper wire and tiny seed beads. The dangle is made from dyed coral beads and moonstone briolettes. Red coral beads wrap it around your neck. It is very comfortable to wear. It falls deep on the chest and measures approximately 18-20 inches in length.

"Cliodna"

(Irish, Scottish) [KLEE-nah] Goddess of beauty and the otherworld. A Tuatha sea and Otherworld Goddess who often took the form of a sea bird and, as such, symbolized the Celtic afterlife. As the ruler of the waves, she was believed to be embodied in every ninth one which broke on shore. This wave was believed to break higher and stronger than the others.

The beads in this watery deep necklace are Mother of pearl beads resembling the colors of the ocean. I shaped segments in copper and used coiling, netting and wrapping techniques. It measures approximately 18-20 inches in length.

Middle Earth

This hand made copper choker is adorned with dyed Serpentine Jasper Sapphire beads. I shaped, swirled and then hammered segments and linked them together to give the piece movement.

Neptune

Neptune is the eighth and farthest planet from the  Sun in our Solar System. Named for the Roman God of the sea, it is the fourth-largest planet by diameter and the third-largest by mass. Neptune is 17 times the mass of Earth and is slightly more massive than its near-twin Uranus, which is 15 Earth masses and not as dense.
      A dear friend sent a lovely strand of large Angelite beads for Christmas. As soon as I saw them they reminded me of a picture of planet Neptune.  I decided to make a bold necklace to go with these bold beads. I shaped and hammered 12 Gauge wire in to pattern of circle segments and then wired them together into a chevron style. An additional coiled wire dangle was connected to add movement.  I used a home made recipe to oxidize the copper wire to a dark blue color which compliments the beads nicely. I wired the beads with black oxidized steel wire to match the antique look. Leather cord was attach to the necklace with hand made black wire clasps.

Sparkle for the holidays

These little beauties have been selling like crazy. I guess it is 'bling time' once again. Sometimes less is more. I made simple but elegant dangling crystal earrings in a smoky topaz, clear white, sapphire blue, and even opaque lavender glass. All of the findings were hand made and then hammered. I used nu gold (red brass wire) and copper wire.

Le soleil rouge

This piece is warm and bright and sparkles brilliantly in the light. The name means The Red Sun in French. I made this piece with some vintage gold toned chain I found at an estate sale. I made a cascading collar with  wire wrapped beads and chain. The beads are a beautiful faceted red glass that glow a golden yellow in the light. The two colors remind me of the sun as it disappears into the horizon. I used brass wire which matched the chain perfectly.

Custom Rosary

I had to think a little on this order since most of my jewelry is women's jewelry. . A friend came to me and wanted me to make a necklace for their friend's cross.  He wanted gold beads but I thought gold beads looked more feminine. My hunny and I talked it over and came up with a rosary style necklace. My friend didn't want real gold so, I used red brass (nu gold) wire which matched the cross very well. The beads are black matte finished with facets that make it shine a bit. It measures about 24 inches.

warm your heart owl

This little gal is made with colors of friendship and love. This pendant is made from copper wire, pinkish coral colored shell beads for her eyes. The center is a deep blue faceted glass bead. Her body was shaped and hammered into a heart and wired with shiny pink beads. She is hand made and coiled with lots of 26 Ga. wire. She is ready for a new home.:)

Agate and shell bracelet

This bracelet has natural iridescent shell beads that reflect colors of gray, silver and black. One strand has a beautiful black agate for a focal bead. The crystals in smokey topaz and white give it lots of sparkle. I used a magnetic silver toned clasp which makes sure it stays secure and has an ornate look.

Crocheted Carnelians

I made another necklace to add to my "natural collection." It is crocheted with a rust colored cord  and has beautiful carnelian beads. It is very strong and very comfortable to wear. It clasps together with a gold tones heart toggle. It measures approximately 18 1nches in length.

Copper cross pendant

 This is a copper cross with hematite beads that I wire wrapped for my little nephew last weekend. The center is wrapped with hand torched head pins. The heat gives them a beautiful rosy color.

Celtic Green

I made this necklace with copper wire and green opaque peridot glass beads. The chain is loopy which gives it a Celtic feel. It is unsymmetrical in design with copper chain on one side and green beads on the other. It can also be clasped into the loop link and worn as Y- necklace.

Crazy S bracelet

This wild shaped bracelet is hand made from copper wire. It dangles blue dyed jade discs, moonstones and blue faceted glass beads. Very funky and fun to wear. ;)

Aurora

This necklaces has the colors the golden sun and deep purple amethyst. It reminds me of a painting called,
Morning(De Morgan)by Phillip Otto Runge. 1808
Aurora appears in the mists of the early-morning dawn. You look into
her eyes and see her innocence! She reaches out, and
her finger touches your heart, and you sense the golden
radiance, like the fiery corona of the Sun. The corona
around the Sun – does it remind us of the coronary
arteries surrounding the heart? Corona is the Greek
