Fair update

Had a fun week at the Merced County fair. A lot of fair goers stopped by my table to watch me make jewelry and took my business cards. I got a few custom orders and a few people put some jewelry on hold until after the fair. The weather was perfect in the 80's n low 90's. Thanks to all that stopped by to show their support and say hello.

The Local fair

It's that time of year again. This year's local fair got pushed up a month earlier. Great news too considering that the weather is already moving towards the mid 90's this weekend. I'm looking forward to participating again this year doing demos with Daniel. I will be  making jewelry three days this year..starting June 15th. . Hope to see all you local friends out there this year and for my web friends, I will post pictures of the event in a couple weeks. Unfortunately, no sales can be made during the demos but, it is a great opportunity to show our work and hand out business cards.

Howlite nugget

I've had these cool, funky Howlite nuggets in my desk and I finally decided to make them into pendants. They are dyed a nice yellow/orange color. I added a weave and copper coil to the stone. It is accented with crystal bead and hangs from a crystal ring.
